Tilt Table Cylinders assembled, tested and painted ready for delivery. McMillan Engineering Group designed these cylinders to suit a very specific application with variable forces and limited space taken into consideration. Cylinder Details
This purpose built test bench was engineered to meet the clients exact requirements. McMillan Engineering Group manufactured, assembled, delivered and commissioned the unit.
Designed to with two PSV test stations to suit ANSI flange valves and 3/4" NPT Valves, with a maximum test pressure of 12,500kPa. The test bench incorporates the following features.
The Port Miami Tunnel Project formed two 1.2km, 2 lane tunnels to form an alternative link to Dodge Island via the MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island. McMillan Engineering Group supplied eight 300T double acting safe rams to facilitate the lifting of the 13.1m diameter tunnel boring machines. Via the use of internal porting we were able to design these rams with 150mm stroke and only 430mm closed height. Specifications

McMillan Engineering Group designed & manufactured this complete Stress Bed System to meet the customers unique specifications. To increase the efficiency of the system the client requested that the lock rings for the double acting safe rams be mechanically operated. This allowed the client to operate the system without having to have an operator manually lock off the rams for each stress.

The Bai Chay Bridge connects Hong Gai with Bai Chay over the Cua Luc Straits. Industrial Hydraulic Services designed, manufactured and supplied a large range of hydraulic equipment for the Form Travellers used on this project.
McMillan Engineering Group (trading as Industrial Hydraulic Services) supplied forty 200T Span Jacks & Two Power Units for this project. McMillan Engineering Group (trading as Industrial Hydraulic Services) supplied sixteen 110T, 150mm stroke load return safe rams for this project. In 1999 a development was planned for the historically significant Wales House building in Sydney. An extra floor was required which meant the 915T cupola needed to be raised 3.9m. Since dismantling the cupola was nut possible the decision was made to raise the cupola via the use of hydraulics. The cupola was raised and supported 1.3m a night over three nights. McMillan Engineering Group designed and manufactured 12 hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic power unit and a control panel to achieve this engineering feat. Cylinder Details
